Orders
After completing the purchase procedure, the customer will receive a confirmation MAIL from our CUSTOMER SERVICE with the indication of the relative order number. After sending, we will send an MAIL to the customer to notify him, providing the traceability code that he can use to verify the development of the delivery. Pursuant to art. 1510 of the Civil Code, in relation to remote purchases, the seller has no responsibility for any delays in delivery attributable to the carrier, as well as not responsible for any damage caused by it. The goods travel in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer or in equivalent packaging.
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer MUST check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence as indicated exactly in the accompanying tax documents. In case of discrepancy, the same must be promptly reported, within 7 days, via MAIL to our CUSTOMER SERVICE of RDR BIKES. Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be checked within 7 days of receipt of the same and any anomalies must be reported in writing by email and PEC to RDR BIKES. The prices shown are inclusive of VAT. in Italy and in all EU member countries, transport and packaging. Delivery to the customer's home is included in the cost of shipping and varies according to its weight / volume. Shipping
Our products are shipped exclusively by BRT, GLS express courier throughout the NATIONAL and INTERNATIONAL territory with DHL, FEDEX or DPD. The approximate estimated delivery times for all national shipments vary from 1 to 3 working days, for INTERNATIONAL shipments the delivery times may vary from 1 to 5 WORKING days (EU) and from 10 to 20 WORKING days IN ALL COUNTRIES of the 'EXTRA EU.
In case of non-collection, any storage costs are charged to the customer.
Shipments of goods to customers residing outside the European Community (non-EU) are to be understood net of VAT and customs duties. Local VAT and any customs duties will be charged to the recipient and will be requested by the COURIER at the time of delivery of the goods.
Any custom duty are meant to be paid by the customer.
Reception
Upon receipt of the goods, we absolutely invite you to carefully check the box and if you notice the packaging damaged in any of its parts, please accept the package 'WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL' by reporting it to the courier and our customer service.
If the package is not accepted with "SUBJECT TO CONTROL" it will be impossible to submit a complaint to our shipping service for a check and eventual refund / replacement of the damaged or missing product.
Delivery time

Warranty
By entering into a contract as a consumer, the buyer has the right to a guarantee of 24 months (where applicable) from the date of delivery of the product of any lack of conformity, or, operating DEFECT not found at the time of purchase, provided that the product has been used with due care and as foreseen by the TECHNICAL manuals.
The warranty will not be applicable in case of neglect and misuse and maintenance of the product.
